The Earl Farrell Endowment Fund is now well underway for the Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation,
The Foundation offers named endowment funds to honour a loved one and create a giving legacy in their name that will benefit the community.
With the funds donated when Earl passed away and the current fundraising that Geordie is doing the Earl Farrell Endowment fund has now reached over $17,000 to date.

Welcome to the newly established Earl Farrell Endowment Fund.
In 2019, the incredibly generous donations made to Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation in memory of Earl totaled $10,594. This amount was set aside with plans to form an Endowment Fund in Earl’s name.
Jump ahead to 2021 and the endowment has now been established! Donations can be made to the principal at any time during the year, with interest accrued from it being used annually to support patient comfort and care at the Saugeen Memorial Hospital.
On March 20, 2021, I will be celebrating my 70 years by cycling 70km on my indoor trainer. I plan to ride in memory of Earl and honour the passion we both shared for healthy, active living. This ride will be organized as a virtual Meetup on ZWIFT.

In any event, I challenge you to do something active on or before March 20th (walk, ride, run, ski — or whatever!) for as far, or as long, as you choose. Do it for you … and, to help me honour Earl’s memory. Please consider celebrating your achievement by donating to the Earl Farrell Endowment Fund.
