Bruce County Chiropractic and Rehabilitation Centre has a new home and is now officially open for patients.
Located at 5098 Hwy. 21 in Port Elgin, the centre is owned by Dr. Laura Barfoot, who is also in partnership with Brock McDonald, his wife Michelle McDonald and Matt Barfoot in the building’s ownership.
With 19 treatment rooms and a gym area, the clinic offers full patient services that include physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage, concussion rehabilitation and more.
Saugeen Shores Councilor Mike Myatt was asked to cut the ribbon at the opening and said that, with Saugeen Shores being the fastest growing municipality in Grey and Bruce Counties, “these kinds of services are necessary for people wanting to move into our community.”
Myatt also pointed out that the team that has come together at the clinic is young and energetic. “You can feel the energy when you walk through the front door and it’s young people like this and their families that are going to make Saugeen Shores even greater.”
Although the clinic is now open, the Grand Opening will take place on October 27th.
