New CEO joins Meaford Hospital Foundation

Exciting news. A new chapter is beginning at the Meaford Hospital Foundation.

Barbara Little, Foundation Chair, is pleased to announce that Rob Peacock, MA, CFRE, will be joining the Foundation as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Meaford Hospital Foundation on April 12th, 2021.

From Collingwood, Rob brings a wealth of experience as a Certified Fundraising Professional to Meaford, Town of the Blue Mountains, Grey Highlands and surrounding areas.

As Past Chair of the Association of Fundraising Professionals for Canada, Rob has stated that he is “thrilled to be working with Grey Bruce Health Services in Meaford”.

Rob holds a Master’s Degree in Philanthropy and is a Faculty member for the Master’s in Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership at Carleton University, Canada’s first Master’s program in Philanthropy, where he also sits on the Advisory Board. He has authored two textbooks on Fundraising.

Most recently, Rob served as Team Lead for the Ontario Division of The Salvation Army. Rob has also held senior positions at Habitat for Humanity Canada, Junior Achievement of Canada, Mt. Sinai Hospital Foundation and the University of Toronto.

His experience in driving innovation and growth through strategic planning make him a strong addition to the Meaford Hospital Foundation.

The Foundation is established to raise, receive, and manage money for the purpose of purchasing capital equipment and building improvements at the Meaford Hospital.
