The 2nd annual Southampton Wine & Cheese Fest is just around the corner.
Hosted by Southampton BIA, Saturday, April 11th, begins the weekend with Sip, Taste and Shop at local businesses in Southampton beginning at noon until 5:00 p.m. It’s an opportunity to enjoy pairings of unique Ontario wines and cheeses at various High Street venues.
The day continues into the evening at Room 797 with a four-course prix fixe dinner with pairings. Reserve now at Room 797 – (226) 435-0797.
Then on Sunday, Room 797 offers premium wines from Hare Winery of Niagara-on-the-Lake from noon to 1:00 p.m. and there will also be a Barrel-making demonstration at 11:00 a.m. on High Street. See how casks are made and charred!
