There was no shortage of generosity at the Owen Sound Hospital Foundation’s 31st Annual Charity Golf Classic held at Legacy Ridge Golf Club on June 3rd.
This year’s tournament has raised an outstanding $94,000 for our regional hospital!
With 144 golfers participating in the tournament, impressive community support and an exceptional amount of enthusiasm, golfers enjoyed a day on the course raising funds for the Owen Sound Regional Hospital Foundation. Funds were raised through golf registrations, sponsorships, generous donors and an online auction, all in support of the event.
“Thanks to all of our golfers, sponsors, volunteers and everyone who helped make the day an amazing success,” said Denise Reid, Chair of the organizing committee. “We are thrilled to have raised $94,000 in support of healthcare in our community.”

Since its inception 31 years ago, the Charity Golf Classic has raised over $1.5 million to support the purchase of new medical equipment for the Owen Sound Regional Hospital. A huge thank you to everyone involved.
