The Town of Saugeen Shores has announced the Saugeen Shores Landfill Site will now be open on Mondays from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. all year round. The landfill site located at 126 Concession 14 will begin its expanded hours on Monday, March 4th.
“Keeping the landfill site open on Mondays throughout the year is a great opportunity to increase service to our residents,” said Mayor Luke Charbonneau. “The change comes at a low cost, and is something our community will appreciate.”
The new year-round landfill hours are:
- Monday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Wednesday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Friday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Saturday: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
