On May 27, 2026, Saugeen Shores Police hosted a Welcome Ceremony for its five new members – Constable Antoine, Constable Nair, Cadet Gauthier, Auxiliary Hodgins and Support Services Jocelyn.
This was a way to celebrate the newest members surrounded by their family and friends.
Police Chief Kevin Zettel was also presented with the Police Exemplary Service medal for his 20 years of service.
