In honour of Volunteer Week (April 24-30), the Bruce County Museum & Cultural Centre recognizes the dedicated volunteers whose contributions as guides of culture and history make its work possible.
“The Bruce County Museum & Cultural Centre has been fortunate to have a wonderful cast of highly motivated and passionate volunteers who ensure the success and vitality of our programs,” says Evan Vatri, Program Coordinator. “Without our volunteers we simply wouldn’t be able to serve the people of Bruce County to the standard they deserve.”

In addition to its existing volunteer opportunities, the Museum is also currently seeking new members for a Senior Program Development Committee as part of a New Horizons for Seniors grant the Museum received this year. This volunteer committee will be tasked specifically with developing programming for a four-part Breakout of the Bruce Bus Trip series that runs from August 17 through to March 2023.
For those interested in this opportunity or participating in any of the Museum’s other volunteer positions, visit brucemuseum.ca/volunteer or contact Evan Vatri (Program Coordinator) at (519) 797-2080.
