The opening gala kicked off the two-day art show and sale featuring works by some of the most accomplished artists in the region. From paintings in every medium to wood carvings, hand-crafted jewellery to pottery and photography, the exhibit features works for every artistic taste and style and gives the opportunity to meet one-on-one with the artists.

Huron-Bruce MPP Lisa Thompson and Saugeen Shores Mayor Luke Charbonneau opened the exhibit (Mayor Janice Jackson did not attend).

She is about to set off to Western University in London, Ontario enrolled in the Fine Arts program. (Editor’s Note: I was the first to purchase this talented young artist’s work several years ago … watch for her to make her mark)
