Huron Shores Hospice is hosting the “Are Your Ducks In a Row?” workshop, led by caring End of Life Doulas, for individuals to explore, plan and prepare for end of life.

- Practical Tools for Planning: We’ll guide you step-by-step through the important process of advance care planning, giving you the knowledge to make informed decisions about your future care.

Support Beyond the Workshop: Everyone will receive a workbook to help continue this important planning at home, along with resources to guide you through any challenges.
The Saugeen Shores workshop will be held on April 25th from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the Southampton Chantry Centre (35 Grey St. S.)
