Bruce Power and Tetra Tech Canada have reached a new six-yearagreement that secures a key role for the engineering company in the delivery of outages and online work as well as supporting Bruce Power’s Life Extension Program which is Canada’s largest infrastructure project.

We rely on our partners and their ability to continue innovating and advancing our technologies,” said Mike Rencheck, Bruce Power’s President and CEO. “Our life extension program which began in 2016 and remains on budget and schedule is creating and sustaining 22,000 highly-skilled jobs across Ontario, including Bruce, Grey and Huron counties, while delivering 30 per cent of Ontario’s electricity at 30 per cent less than the average cost to generate residential power.”
Tetra Tech Canada Inc. has been an engineering services provider at Bruce Power since 2017 and will be responsible for the majority of engineering services for Rotating Equipment, Electrical Equipment, Mechanical Equipment, and Emergent Work programs.

Tetra Tech Canada is expanding its presence in the Tri-county area through localization of staff and services in its office located at 233 Broadway Street in Kincardine. Tetra Tech Canada is actively exploring a second location in efforts to maintain level expansion and execute work locally.
