The Bruce Shrine Club continues to help their community with funds raised at the 2025 raffle through OLG.
This year’s $15,000 raised goes to support local food banks, hospices, hospitals and charitable organizations.
On Wednesday, May 28th, the Shriners ended their charitable tour of fund donations at the Southampton Hospital giving $700 to the Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation.
“The funds were raised through the sale of 300 raffle tickets at $50 each,” said Shriner Bill
Blackwell. “They sold out almost immediately with prizes such as a trip to the Cayman Islands, a trip to Griffith Island and many other prizes.”
“We appreciate this donation,” said Foundation Executive Director, Graham Martin, “and it will go toward much-needed high priority equipment.”
