For many years, the Bruce Shrine Club has raised funds for local organizations and community projects and, on Tuesday December 6th, they travelled to Tiverton to present an early $500 Christmas gift to Huron Shores Hospice.
Located in Tiverton, at Tiverton Park Manor, the Hospice provides end-of-life care, and comfort to families and caregivers.
“Huron Shores Hospice is so incredibly grateful for the generous support of the Bruce Shrine club again this year,” said Executive Director, Cathy Herbert. “Their annual donation to our organization and others in our area demonstrates how they recognize the importance of supporting healthcare in our community. This donation will directly support our hospice operational costs, allowing us to continue to provide quality and compassionate end-of-life-care and grief support to those who need it.”
