Heather Hart and Doug Seiler are living in their dream home that was custom built by Seaman and Sons in 2018. It is tucked in the quiet and family oriented cul-de-sac of Pegasus Trails. They fell in love with the private wooded lot just steps from the shores of beautiful Lake Huron with a trail system perfect for walking their dog Angus.
The space on the main floor of their home is light and warm with 26′ vaulted ceilings that open up the living room and kitchen area. The white-washed pine on the ceiling provides contrast to the dark hardwood floors that run through the whole open concept space and into the gorgeous custom kitchen with cabinetry done by Arbour Hill Custom Cabinetry of Hanover. The main floor consists of the kitchen and living space as well as the laundry room, powder room and master bedroom with an oversized ensuite and walk in closet.
The lower level has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large storage area and office space. With large windows running through both floors of the home, it keeps every room bright and open. With ‘beachy’, coastal inspiration, Heather kept the decor light and pastel.
