Last week, the Ontario Government announced that they have made changes to the Insurance Act to allow rebates and enable insurers to provide consumer relief for personal auto policies which is great news. As the situation evolves each insurance company is developing their own solutions and we continue to get updates from our insurance company partners daily.
What does that mean for you?
Our broker team is ready and wanting to help. Simply call your broker at the number below or reply to this email to let us know about changes to your vehicle usage. We can then get to work to see if there are changes that can be made to your policy to save you money
Some companies will be reaching out to you directly with information. While that is helpful, we encourage you to call us directly so that we can make the changes for you immediately as wait times with some insurance companies can be up to 30 days.
The best path forward is to have a conversation with your broker about your options.
