Further to the passing of our dad, Peter Haskey, this past May, who was a longtime member of the Propeller Club and Marine Heritage Society, we would like to thank all who honoured him through their donations to these organizations in his memory at a ‘Garage Event’ on June 24th.Our heartfelt thanks to everyone who dropped by our ‘Garage Event’ in memory of our dad, Peter Haskey. You shared your time, your favourite stories and donated so generously to the Propeller Club and Marine Heritage Society in dad’s memory. It was a touching day and we are grateful. And we loved meeting you!
Special thanks to Propeller Club members who hauled heavy items to the Boathouse for future use, and to those who returned afterward for more (sorry about the ‘lightweight’ wood table!). We know dad was with all of us in spirit that day, enjoying every moment. You are such a wonderfully kind, caring community. Thanks so much again!
