The corner of Mary Street and Goderich Street in Port Elgin is quickly undergoing change as work is now fully underway for the new Powerlink project.
The project will be a combined residential and commercial space building with condos on the upper floors and offices at ground level. The official groundbreaking was held in September of last year.
Demolition of what was a former restaurant took place over the past four days.
