The Rotary Club of Saugeen Shores inducted three new members at its General meeting on May 28th (2024).
Approximately 30 members turned out at the meeting held at Rosina’s Restaurant in Port Elgin to welcome the new members as they received their certificates, Rotary pins and hats.
Since its inception on January 5th, 2021 and receiving its Charter in February , the Rotary Club of Saugeen Shores has continued to grow its membership.
Through its many fundraisers such as community BBQs and golf tournaments, it has contributed to projects such as the new Lamont Sports Park with a major donation, the Hospital Foundation and brought back the popular Santa Claus parades to Port Elgin and Southampton.
