When it comes to fundraising for local health care, every little bit helps for needed equipment.
London, Charlotte and Matteo are learning at a young age what it means to give back to community. Their lemonade stand raised $125 which, turn, they presented to the Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation.

“We are grateful for this and all donations,” said Foundation Chair Martha Bennett. “The hospital relies on financial gifts to purchase equipment as we receive no government funding for this.”
Bennett presented each of the children with a special ‘hero’ pin for their efforts and community spirit in keeping health care close to home.

Dr. Neil D’Souza and Tiffany Peterson recently purchased a cottage property in Southampton. Living in Scarborough (Toronto), Dr. D’Souza specializes in addiction care and family medicine and Peterson is a nurse and Coordinator for Ontario Health at Home.
