The play that revolves around a blizzard that closes the town seemed almost serendipitous as high winds and slashing rain played havoc with the area’s electrical grid resulting in a major power outage for a number of hours.
The result? The opening night of the play was cancelled.
Patrons who purchased Thursday Night (power outage) tickets online should have received an email from OnStageDirect offering the option to refund or exchange their tickets.
Patrons can also purchase tickets at the Bruce County Playhouse box office, downstairs at the Southampton Arts Centre Gallery, Fri/Sat 11-2 or Sunday 12-2.
