The Gingrich Home was built in 2020 by Alair Homes with Ben and Dylan Freeburn spearheading the project. It is located on the edge of Southampton Landing and features preserved green space, a pond and plenty of walking trails nearby.
Cedar shake details, a welcoming front porch and white siding are a nod to the historical cottages first built in the area. The Gingrich family moved in in 2022 with their two children.
The great room features expansive floor-length windows and the sliding doors open up the living room and provide easy access to the back yard. The kitchen features custom cabinetry to maximize storage for this busy family and an eye-catching quartz backsplash and waterfall edged island.
The rear entrance has a unique herringbone peppermill brick flooring that extends into the
mudroom.
The home includes four bedrooms, with the primary suite on the ground floor and the kid’s rooms upstairs with their own lounge space. The fourth bedroom is used as a hair salon.
Megan has used warm whites and natural tones to create a calm and welcoming environment and her exceptional decorating skills are highlighted in her Christmas decor.
