We easily fell in love with Southampton’s beautiful white sandy beaches and charming High Street, but we now realize the best part of Southampton by far are the people who call this beautiful town their home!
While we vacationed here as children, it was our dear friends who have cottages in this incredible spot that brought us back and reminded us what makes Southampton so special. Once we decided to retire here, we agreed to find land and build exactly what we wanted. This spot on Huron Street was the perfect mix of proximity to the beach and downtown. The front porch allows us two extroverts to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening while chatting with passersby.
Our vision was to create a welcoming home with an open-concept coastal feel where family and friends come to hang out, put their feet up and share a laugh over a drink or a meal.
So, a little about us! Dann retired from the financial industry before we moved and Jo Anne started her interior design company, Design Excellence, over 20 years ago. She and her team are two time National First Place Award Winners for their kitchen and main floor designs with the Decorators & Designers Association of Canada. We are looking forward to welcoming you into our home!
