Port Elgin Farmers’ Market will be on the move this summer, beginning June 5th, when it will leave the corner of Green and Goderich Streets.
Instead, it will be re-located to the parking lot at Green and Bricker Streets (across from Maple Dental Clinic).
It is anticipated that the new location, still in the downtown core each Wednesday throughout the summer, will attract larger crowds to the market and downtown businesses.
In the meantime, the Market is calling all growers, crafts people, artisans and vendors to apply as soon as possible as applications are now open.
