Saugeen Conservation will once again be hosting the Annual Information Day of the local chapter of theĀ Ontario Maple Syrup Producerās AssociationĀ (OMSPA) on Saturday, January 11thĀ at their administrative office in Formosa.Ā Everyone is welcome to attend.
This informative day will include a range of guest speakers featuring topics such as Buddy Sap Research, Tree Risk in the Sugarbush, Dealer Demonstrations, a Maple Industry Update, Local Maple Events, information on the First Tapping Ceremony for 2020, maple syrup displays, research materials and much more!
