This home was built in 1990 by Doug Lyoness for Gord and Ann MacKay and their three sons and was their family home for 32 years. Now lived in by their eldest son Steve, his wife Anne, their three daughters Amellea and twins Addi & Briar, who moved in January 2023. The house is 5300 square feet and the property is the equivalent of six town lots.
Steve and Anne had Beldman Construction do a full main floor renovation in late 2022 with the finishing touches completed in January, 2023. The renovations included new hardwood floors throughout the main living area. A full kitchen renovation completed by Beldman with 12 foot quartz countertops and cupboards built by Laverne Custom Wood Products. All the finishes, paint colours and design were carefully picked by Anne. Careful thought was put into keeping the original character and charm of the home with adding modern elements and updates.
This beautiful home has six bedrooms upstairs, including three ensuites, for a total of seven and an electric and wood burning fireplace.
