In the midst of a pandemic, it was a wild wacky kind of morning at G. C. Huston Public School in Southampton where the teachers decided to hold a ‘beach day’ drive-by for parents and students and it was a total success.
With music playing and grass skirts swaying under sunny skies, many many vehicles drove by honking their horns, with kids inside waving to their teachers.
The teachers shouted out to the kids by name and many of the parents decorated their vehicles with signs, saying “We miss you too”!
