On March 18th, Saugeen Shores Police officers arrested and charged a 68-year-old Port Elgin man, who is supposed to be on house arrest, for several Criminal Code driving and bail violation related offences.
The vehicle he was driving had a license plate affixed to it that expired in 1982.
He was held for a bail hearing and remanded into custody.
