Three cheers for Armen’s support of the local Hospital Foundation.
I, too, stood in the line-up along with many others.
Over the years, before moving up here some 20 plus years ago permanently, we rented summer accommodation for 10 years from Armen’s Dad, John Higgins, in the old net shed on the Saugeen river bank.
We and other members of our family also spent several weekends at the B&B run by Armen’s Mom, Hazel.
All three of them have done much for tourism in Southampton over the past 40 plus years.
